CSUB ResourcesCampus Map - Common building abbreviations: BDC - Business Development Center, DDH - Dorothy Donohue Hall, WSL - Walter Stiern Library
First-Year Experience - This is the website for the FYE program.
Schedules, Calendar & Catalog - This has links to the current campus catalog, academic calendar, event calendar, final exam schedule, academic policies and class schedules.
Admissions and Records - This has links to important registration information, the Testing Center, the Veteran's Center, and PDFs of important forms.
Academic Advising and Resource Center (AARC) - Formerly called the SSRC, which you will still hear faculty use. This is the office that can clear most major registration holds. The website also has an Excel file with a list of all the current General Education courses for each goal or theme.
Other Important Links - This is the Current Students portal page on the CSUB homepage. It has many other important links to campus resources, such as the Health Center, Counseling Center, Financial Aid and Scholarships, Information Technology, and so forth. You should spend some time exploring each link and bookmarking those you find helpful.

Lined paper - Use for taking notes on The Other Wes Moore and during CSUB 101 lectures.
Fillable unlined paper - A DOC file for doing Cornell Notes w/o lines in the note area.
Graph paper (to be posted) - Use for math classes, etc.
Unlined paper (to be posted) - Use for classes with figures, drawings, etc. such as circuit design courses.
The Other Wes MooreThe Other Wes Moore - This is the official website for the book. You can access media clips, the Facebook and Twitter pages, and the book-related blog on this site.
One Book, One Bakersfield, One Kern - This is the local community group that is reading The Other Wes Moore this year. The website also has stories on Bakersfield's own Wes Moore. They have a Facebook page as well.
Community Activities - These are activities arranged by One Book, One Bakersfield, One Kern about The Other Wes Moore and Bakersfield's own Wes Moore. The only activity you are required to attend (unless you have a time conflict) is the Evening with Wes Moore at the Icardo Center on November 8th. All other events are optional.
Make a Difference DayCSUB Center for Community Engagement & Career Education - CECE has lists of community partners that could use volunteers for Make a Difference Day.
Liability Waiver - This waiver MUST be completed, signed, and turned in before participating in Make A Difference Day.
Computer Engineering/Computer Science Research DatabasesACM Digital Library - A good first stop for computing related publications.
IEEE Xplore - IEEE journals and conference proceedings. Good resource for engineering.
Usenix - A collection of free proceedings, slides, and talks from various technology conferences sponsored by Usenix.
WSL Database for Computer Science - Has off-campus logins for ACM and IEEE databases, plus the Safari and Wiley databases.
Study Abroad ResourcesCSUB International Students and Programs - This office manages both international students coming to CSUB for study and CSUB students who wish to study in other countries.
