his presentation on his web server artificial immune system research and the
team consisting of Josh Ward, Sulaiman Alkadashee, and Sean Acord won 2nd
place for their UAV research. Congratulations to all!

Alfonso Puga has won first place in the Computer Sciences and Information
Management poster session at the Emerging Researchers National Conference
(ERN 2014) in Washington DC. His poster was titled "Web Automated Immune
System" and was about the code he has developed as part of his research
assistant job for Dr. Danforth under the NSF SFS cybersecurity grant.

|Spring 2014 Course Changes|
Due to low enrollments and logistical issues, ECE 277 (Special Topics - High
Speed Rail) has been deferred to Fall 2014. In its place, ECE 434 (Control
Systems) will be offered in Spring 2014 at the same time as ECE 277. ECE 434
counts as an elective course for both engineering programs. If you had ECE
277 on your graduation check, please see your advisor to update your course
